- water points available at ponds and streams
- the card is ready for precision agriculture
- it is possible to sow wheat from October to December, as well as corn, sorghum and soybeans in June, after a barley harvest
- Farm buildings, fences, decorations are placeable and can therefore be sold and/or modified according to your tastes
