This lot was specifically built for the 64×64 lot in Del Sol Valley (the highest lot on the map).

Here lies perhaps the largest building I have ever done in The Sims 4. I don’t even know where to begin with this one. As per usual, this palatial estate started off as something completely different. I was trying to build a hotel, with a courtyard. After quickly losing all inspiration (I think I tried to build a lobby with a giant palm tree in it and knew it was time to give up), the lot turned into what it is now; just an oversized posh mansion. I know, sooo original. But alas, here we are.

As you enter the Cliffside Estate you will be greeted with an oversized 3-storey foyer bordered by two marble staircases. A giant skylight lets in all the natural light you will ever need. Immediately to the right of the foyer is the first sitting room. I sort of think of it as a tea room. beyond that is a family room with a large double-heighted ceiling. On this side of the foyer there is also a private library because the owners of this home like to pretend they are book people when in reality the only thing they ever read are tabloid headlines. Crossing over to the other side of the entrance and you will find yourself in the ballroom, or event space. Yes, there is such a room in this house! The ballroom can double as a small reception hall for a wedding (there is even a private bride’s chamber) or a music/dance room. The sky is the limit here.

The back half of the main floor is reserved for the owners of the home, and is where you will spend most of your time. A home office, large TV room with a central fireplace, a massive kitchen and a formal dining room that seats 14 people. There is also a private stairwell to the second floor. Upstairs the house is also divided in two. In the front of the house, there are three guest bedrooms, where I imagine you would put up for anyone visiting your home. Each bedroom has its own walk-in closet and access to a luxurious bathroom. Each with their own fireplace. On the backside of the second floor, separated by large double doors is another wing with an additional three bedrooms, one being the master. These bedrooms have the best views of the city below. There is also a maid/butler’s apartment on the third floor! Fully live-in with kitchen and bathroom all for themselves.

The backyard is where the party is happening. A massive outdoor dining area that also seats 14, a large pool and an indoor steam pool. There is a pool house that features and gym and private spa, with bathrooms (and showers) for guests and pool users. An enclosed kid’s play area will make all the kids at school jealous of your young ones. The large driveway has room for a multitude of vehicles, so do not worry when hosting big events.

On the grounds, you will also find a peaceful reflection garden, with a pond.
