I built this lot last year not knowing it would ever be put to good use, but alas, here we are! If you want the earlier version pre For Rent, see the link below.

These brownstone apartments have been standing for over 100 years! In recent memory, the third floors and basements have been converted into apartments, making for a total of 7 fully functional units of varying sizes! There are two large luxurious townhomes, each with three bedrooms and ample living space. On the third floor are two 2-bedroom apartments with multiple balconies and in the basement are situated three apartments, 2 1-bedrooms and one 2-bedroom. Each unit has its style and state of renovation. Take your pick!
