Western Airlines (N93131) for MSFS 2020

Western Airlines was a US-American airline based in Los Angeles. It operated mainly on domestic routes west of the Mississippi River as well as international destinations in Canada; Hawaii and Mexico. In the early 1980s, Western Airlines suffered severe financial problems but could avoid bankruptcy by shortening its employee’s salaries. In 1986 however, Western was merged with Delta Air Lines becoming the fourth biggest airline in the USA.

Western operated several different aircraft including the Douglas DC-6. This livery is based on the Douglas DC-6B with registration N93131.
