I built this house already in “The Sims 2”. But I wanted to try to build this in “The Sims 4” since the building system in this game is better and I could nicely done some areas. As I mention in the description of my “The Sims 2” version of the house…

I have always been fascinated by the “Halliwell Manor” from “Charmed”. I loved the house from the TV series, but someday I found that the house from the series is a movie plan and the original house is standing in Los Angeles and not in San Francisco! I was shocked then. Now I have done some research through the internet to find footage of the original, victorian house, and using it I have tried to recreate it in “The Sims 2”. I wanted to make it as similar as I could and as a game allowed me. Unfortunately, I had to use my ideas in some places because there was no footage, or the building system from the game didn’t let me do it exactly like in the original manner. Also, there is no basement and attic, because the attic was shot in another house in real life and I wouldn’t even fit in this building.
…I still think the same thing about this house and the description fits perfectly for both of my builds.

The only DLC you might need is a “Holiday Celebration Pack”, but honestly the whole house was made in a base game. Also, this DLC is for free!

To install it, unzip all the files into Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray.

I didn’t use any custom content to build this.
