To Install This Livery Follow These Steps :
Extract the PTP file to wherever you like (not the Community folder)
Open the PDMG Operations Center and navigate along the top menu to ‘ Aircraft and Liveries / Livery utilities
Select ‘Install from PTP file bottom left and navigate to where you extracted the downloaded file

Copy the downloaded file to your Community folder like this: /Community/[MOD FOLDER]/[MOD FILES]
Launch the game and enjoy your mod!
