This was originally a paid mod, something only Jon Ruda does/did. As such, be wary: his “mods” always say they require a “Personal Key” in order to work.
Real modders don’t make their stuff payware; they made it free so that others can enjoy their stuff. Plus, “modders” who generate payware are just douchebags that make excuses as to why they want people to pay for their stuff.
