v.1.1: 3 new vehicles added

This mod adds some slow-traffic vehicles into basic traffic (cities, highways, etc.). They have reduced top speed (and realistic engine settings and mass), causing traffic jams and more complicated road conditions.
All the vehicles are from SCS files, but these vehicles do not show on roads for some reason. But now they do, after a little tweaks from the def side.

Here is the list of new vehicle units added:

• Chevy Pickup Truck
• Combine Harvester
• Countryside Pickup Truck
• Sweeper
• Tractor
• Wolverine ATV
• Yard Truck
• Utilimaster Van (new in v.1.1)
• Outrider UTV (new in v.1.1)
• Mack RD Dumper (new in v.1.1)

And also some semi-trucks with low-power engines and daycabs:

• Freightliner Cascadia 2019
• Mack Anthem
• Peterbilt 389
• Kenworth T680
• Volvo VNL 2014

Mod manager priority: any; I’d recommend installing it somwhere alongside other traffic mods.
Other mods compatibility: should work with other mods (traffic, sounds etc.).
Game version: tested in 1.50 but might work with other versions too (not guaranteed though).

Compatibility: ATS 1.50, 1.50 Traffic
