Description
All this mod does is create a deep copy of the Heavy Oil Tank Semitrailer from that one mission in Michigan, but converted to carry water. All characteristics (wheels, suspension, bones, mass, sockets) are identical. The semitrailer now carries a volume and weight of water identical to the fuel it previously carried (so 5000 volume for 5000 mass). It can also be purchased freely with no restrictions. It requires a high saddle.
