Description
Open GTA V game folder.
bydseal2024 folder, drag it to mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks
Open dlclist.xml
Open OpenIV, select GTA V.
go to mods > update > update.rpf > common > data
Open “Edit Mode” and press “Yes”, then select “dlclist.xml”, right click and press “Edit”.
dlcpacks:/bydseal2024/
and press “Save”
Spawn Name: bydseal2024
