Add support for upcoming Oklahoma DLC.

Increased Road Speed Limit mod increases the road speed limits in the game, allowing you to push your truck speed even further along the way. With this mod, you get flat 40 MPH (64 KPH) speed limits in the city and around 80-90 MPH (128-145 KPH) out of the town. At certain places such as Weigh Station and slower speed areas, you get flat 30 MPH (48 KPH) speed limits.

Note:
When enabling this mod or get a mod update, initial game loading will takes longer than usual to update road caches. This is normal.

Download and extract the mod. File extension should be .scs (ModsHost download guide).
Find the mods folder on your computer
