1:Copy scirocco08 folder to
X:/Grand Theft Auto V/update/x64/dlcpacks
2:Use OpenIV extract
X:/Grand Theft Auto V/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml
then use notepad open it,add new line
dlcpacks:/scirocco08/
Save it and use OpenIV replace it.
The vehicle mod cannot be changed in any way,
the model can’t be dirty. Otherwise, legal action will be taken.
