This is a relatively simple add-on which straight up adds 5 different vessels currently in use by the US Navy.

San Antonio Class LPD
Ticonderoga Class Cruiser
Zumwalt Class Destroyer
NOTE NOTE NOTE
These ships are not NEARLY as detailed as the USS Nathan James mod. These ships were made with scene building and background in mind. They can drive, they have lights, they have working radars. But that’s it.
