Install:
Singleplayer:
Move cavalcade3 to /Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/
Add in /Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml:
dlcpacks:/cavalcade3/

FiveM:
Move cavalcade3 to an suitable place in your resource folder,
Add:
“ensure cavalcade3”
in your server.cfg
