Description

This mod create roller blades or ice skates attached to the players feet, after pressing the key set in the skates.ini file.

You can use the skates by pressing or holding the sprint button. You can also jump while using them.

SINGLE PLAYER INSTALLATION AND USE:
1. Install Scripthookv2 by copying the files from here into the root GTAV folder

2. Create a folder called “scripts” in the GTAV folder if you haven’t already

3. Copy skates.dll and skates.ini into the scripts folder.

4. Using the program OpenIV, replace the s_prop_hdphones.ydr and s_prop_hdphones_1.ydr files in GTAV/x64g.rpf/levels/gta5/generic/cutsobjects.rpf/ with the one in the zip file.
Make sure you either use a “mods” folder, or take a backup of the x64g.rpf file first.

5. Press the J key to spawn your skates. You’ll need to select whether the model you’re playing as has normal flat footed shoes or high heeled shoes,
and whether you want roller blades or ice skates. Press the J key again to remove the skates.

6. To stop the players shoes from displaying over the skates, you’ll need to use Menyoo or a similar trainer to remove the player model’s shoes.
To do this in Menyoo, select Player Options > Wardrobe > Shoes, and set them to -1.
