Use OpenIV and go to
/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/mpimportexport/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/mpimportexport_male.rpf/mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_freemode_01
Select files and drag into OpenIV
Attention! This is not just a retexture. The model has also been changed. So u need to install .ydd files too.
