Updates For V13.1 Include:
Total rework of the route on the Sitinjau Lauik V1 Map, including:
1. Rework Padang City, Padang Panjang, Siringin
2. Relocation of Siringin City
3. Rework the Sitinjau Lauik route and completely rework the Anai Valley
4. Raising the world map level along the coastal area, from Sicincin to Kambang
5. Added and fixed some details

New Map Sitinjau Lauik V13.1 + Isuzu NKR for ETS2 1.49 to 1.50
