Today I bring you a very weird concept from the last days of World War II. The Germans experimented with this “Triebflügel” as a VTOL interceptor concept, where it would start vertically with a rocket-propelled “rotor”. It can then transition to normal flight once airborne.

Only a windtunnel model was made, it never reached any prototype stage.

You can now fly the Triebflügel in GTA V. Some limitations apply, but overall it works quite well. You teleport in and out of the aircraft. You can start/fly vertically and transition to flight mode like with any other VTOL aircraft in GTA (holding the landing gear button). The gears can be hidden with moveable landing gear doors.

Before you use this, make sure to use the CWeaponInfoBlob Limit Adjuster by alexguirre to prevent the game from crashing during loading.
