Install instructions provided in download.
Aurora Folder Goes To:
gtav/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
Edit dlclist.xml
mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
Add the line dlcpacks:/dpctank400/
to the dlclist and save then exit.
Spawn: dpctank400
