1. Navigate to “dlcpacks” Folder
2. Put the “vulcanamr” folder in mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
3. Add this line -> dlcpacks:/vulcanamr/ to the dlclist.xml (mods/update/update.rpf/common/data)
