All files will go in you mp_m_freemode file which should be here:
Grand Theft Auto V/mods/x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_mp.rpf/mp_m_freemode_01
remove mp_m_freemode_01^ if its there before dragging to you mp_m_freemode_01 folder.

Add Folder or files to your resource/clothing pack depending on how your server is set up. with mp_m_freemode_01^ at the beginning of each name if not already there.
