Single Player:
Open OpenIV
Click Edit Mode
/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/mpluxe/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/mpluxe_male.rpf/mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_luxe_01

Converted in Blender using Sollumz, it has a known bug that crashes OpenIV. So if you must look at the model before hand use CodeWalker.
