Texture Editor for SnowRunner.
With this program you can easily open / convert any texture that is stored inside the .pak archive.

Just Open Any PTC File And Select Any Of 3 Formats To Save:
1) TGA the simplest format that allows you to use / open the texture in any image editor (photoshop, for example)
2) DDS a more complex format, will save the full texture with all parameters
3) HDR use this format to save HDR textures of the game

You can also easily replace textures inside the archive. New opportunity.
