Requested – Buzludzha UFOI Monument, Bulgaria
Buzludzha is a historical peak in the Central Balkan Mountains, Bulgaria. The mountain is located to the east of the Shipka Pass near the town of Kazanlak and is a site of historical importance. The peak is 1,432 metres (4,698 feet) high. It was renamed to Hadzhi Dimitar in 1942 but remains popularly known as Buzludzha.
The freeware photogrammetry model was created by Andrea Spognetta from video (License:CC Attribution-NonCommercial)
I have placed this model into position and amended the surrounding terrain to blend with the model. I have also added a POI – search for ‘buzludzha’
Installation: Simply extract the file ‘jeppeson2001-buzludzha-ufo’ into your Community Folder
