Full credit goes to Katka for the original mod on steam. I simply ported this mod to GTA V. This model is from Insurgency Sandstorm, I take no credit for creating the model or textures.

The M4 carbine is a 5.56×45mm NATO, gas-operated, magazine-fed, carbine developed in the United States during the 1980s. It is a shortened version of the M16A2 assault rifle.

Replaces the Carbine Rifle.

Please Note:
The iron sights line up perfectly but scopes are not usable.

Animations work flawlessly.
Only has minor clipping around the trigger guard and stock but that’s it.

Also added an optional darker magazine texture.

Installation:
Just extract the archive and place the files in
mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday8ng/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/weapons.rpf
