1）Go to: GTAVmodsupdateupdate.rpfcommondata
2）Extract dlclist.xml and add this line:
dlcpacks:cayenneturbo
3）Go to: GTAVmodsupdatex64dlcpacksand make a folder called cayenneturbo add the included dlc.rpf file
SPAWN: cayenneturbo
