INSTALLATION:
Install both the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2 (or higher, so skip this on Windows 10) and the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package for Visual Studio 2013 (x64).
Download/Install ScriptHookV
Download/Install ScriptHookVDotNet
Download/Install NativeUI
Install AddonPeds3.0 and follow installation instructions.
Add the .dll and .pdb files from the zip to the scripts folder.
(Your C:/GTA5Directory/scripts/)
SYNOPSIS
